The room is immaculately clean and there are fantastic views of the jungle. It has outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff from the cleaners up to and including the bellboys. The ambiance is exclusive.

New-fashioned room, a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the room. Lovely bed, reasonably good personnel from the cleaners up to and including the bellboys. Good favourable location, to experience the night life it cost $ 80 round trip in a taxi. And really close to the armadillo and the italian restaurants, sports bar, and up market.

A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room and the extremely comfy bed. With room service available and outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff from the cleaners up to and including the bellboys.

The personnel were ready to help and seemed to be reasonably good and diligent. Loved the room with the king bed, my bed was lovely.

I ate at a great restaurant for dinner. A mini bar fridge, a seating area and an ironing set were included and the staff were good and fine people from the cleaners up to and including the bellboys.

It has airy updated rooms, that come with a Jacuzzi bathtub, shower and terrace. The breakfast is incredible and good, and the location is marvellous close enough to the `` martini bar '' square, the shopping area and the steak house.

It was a really nice stay, luxury place. The restaurant was exclusive for breakfast and lunch, I tried excellent dishes. The staff, everyone, was outstandingly accommodating and friendly. The location in a particularly good area was marvellous and there were a shopping area and a market nearby.

The setting was favourable, near all the nightlife happens, different areas in the resort there is the Hideaway, Royalton, and Diamond club and the first port of call. I ate at the specialty restaurant near the hotel.

Bartenders prepare delicious drinks - Purple Rain, Miami Vais, Strawberry Margarita. Staff is exceptional. Food is delicious, especially at Agave restaurant. Swim up bar is fabulous. Aqua Fit classes with Astrid are fun. Surprise 3-course meal by Chef Daniel and Raul was amazing. Rooms are clean, restrooms are fresh.

We absolutely enjoyed the food and service, which had everything we needed for a perfect holiday, and the room even had its own patio; overall, we had a relaxing stay and would be more than happy to recommend it.

The room was spotless and there were a coffee maker, a seating area, and ironing facilities. Incredible and particularly good location - a short walk to everywhere we needed.

Excellent location with parking onsite. Best staff, new-fashioned and airy room on the balcony.
